pm: Group lesson, 9 clients & instructor Elodie. Slightly slower pace today, glad of that due to inredible pains in lower calves and feet. This was eased slightly by removing trousers from inside boots, and paradoxically by tightening boots. Now the circulation was cut off, OK to start with but unbearable after an hour. Elodie a very good instructor, helped me tighten up my turns, especially the heel side. I need to crouch down more. Another good exercise she had us doing to stop us turning our trunks was to snowboard with our hands behind our backs. My technique wasn't so good today - not as relaxed as yesterday due to pain in feet & calves. Managed a few more groovy jump-turns on a small half-pipe though. Felt as if I'd learned something today.
